Investors need to pay \u20ac10,000 upon application. How much is the contribution and who pays?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Contributions payable to Immigration Malta is \u20ac 28,000 if the main applicant choose to buy a property eligible residents. Or \u20ac58,000 if the main applicant chooses to rent a qualifying home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">This includes the main applicant, spouse and dependent children. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Each parent or grandparent of the main applicant or spouse must pay an additional contribution of \u20ac7,500\/person.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>9. When must the main applicant pay the contribution?<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">The total amount of the contribution is due only after the application is approved in principle.
