Previously, the deadline for finalizing contracts was set for December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>With the new extension, eligible investors will still be able to proceed under the current investment requirements, ranging from \u20ac250,000 to \u20ac500,000.<\/p>\n<p>In September this year, the Greek government introduced changes to the Golden Visa program to address the housing crisis.
