- €675,000, of which at least €75,000 must be in financial assets

Choose 1 of the 2 investment options below:
- Purchase real estate worth €375,000 (applicable across all regions of Malta) and make a government contribution of €82,000, or

- Rent real estate from €14,000/year (nationwide) and make a government contribution of €112,000
Government administrative fee (non-refundable):
