Ngài Trafford Busuttil, sinh ra tại Malta, mang quốc tịch Malta và thường trú tại Bồ Đào Nha, Singapore, hiện sinh sống và làm việc tại Việt Nam. Với hơn 40 năm kinh nghiệm, ông đã phát triển sự nghiệp kinh doanh tại nhiều quốc gia như Bồ Đào Nha, Cộng hòa Síp, Trung Quốc, Singapore và Việt Nam, chuyên về đầu tư, bất động sản và di trú toàn cầu.

Ông từng:

• Đồng sáng lập & Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Bất động sản Malta (2007–2013)

• Chủ tịch Ban Bất động sản của Phòng Thương mại & Công nghiệp Malta

Ông Frixos Fragkos sở hữu hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý trong lĩnh vực bất động sản tại nhiều quốc gia, bao gồm Hy Lạp, Síp, Mỹ và Thụy Điển. Trước đó, ông từng giữ vị trí Giám đốc Khu vực Đông Á cho một trong những nhà phát triển bất động sản uy tín hàng đầu châu Âu, đóng vai trò kết nối thị trường bất động sản châu Âu với các nhà đầu tư châu Á.

Ms. Thanh Le is a seasoned expert in the fields of legal affairs, investment, and global immigration. With a solid academic foundation as a Bachelor of Laws from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, she has built an impressive career path, specializing in international immigration law and cross-border solutions.

Prior to joining Portico & Bridge, she served as a Business Developer for a European law firm, focusing on European Residency-and-Citizenship-by-Investment programs in Vietnam. She also held the position of Executive Assistant to the General Manager and U.S. Immigration Attorney. These diverse experiences have cultivated her sharp legal acumen and a profound ability to empathize with the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clients.

In her current capacity as Legal & Compliance Director at Portico & Bridge, Ms. Thanh holds a pivotal responsibility in overseeing procedural standards and directly resolving “bottlenecks” in highly complex immigration cases. Her expertise ensures a secure, compliant, and sustainable residency & citizenship pathway for every Vietnamese family.

He is a corporate lawyer and licensed Malta investment-migration specialist with more than fifteen years of professional experience. Since 2016, he has focused extensively on immigration, residency, and investment-migration services, preparing and submitting numerous successful applications under Malta’s Citizenship by Merit framework and the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP).

He works closely with several international immigration consultancies, particularly in Nigeria, West Africa, China, and the USA, acting as their Malta-based partner for immigration filings, proposal drafting, due diligence coordination, and regulatory submissions. Through LRS Global Limited, he supports foreign agencies and their clients by providing complete end-to-end guidance, including file assembly, SoW/SoF structuring, property compliance, government liaison, and ongoing strategy.

His regulatory experience includes directorship roles, MLRO responsibilities, and trustee authorisations, giving him a technically strong foundation in AML/CFT, corporate governance, due diligence frameworks, and Fit & Proper standards. This enhances the integrity and professionalism of the immigration applications he prepares.
