He is a third-generation member of one of Malta’s most prestigious families, renowned for their legacy in law, politics, and academia. Beginning his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 17, he brings over 40 years of experience in global investment, real estate, and immigration. He has led Portico & Bridge’s expansion from Malta into international markets, especially in Asia, and has lived and managed businesses in Portugal, Singapore, China, Cyprus, South America and Vietnam.

Co-Founder & Managing DirectorBorn into a family with a three-generation business legacy, Ms. Dan Vi was nurtured from an early age with financial acumen, market resilience, and the pioneering spirit of a modern entrepreneur.
Right from her early university years, she embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey in the e-commerce sector, later expanding her operations into brick-and-mortar businesses, including spas, fashion boutiques, and restaurants. Graduating
with Distinction in Finance, she went on to invest in and operate international education models, restaurants, and 4-star standard hotels.
Currently, as the Co-Founder of Portico & Bridge, Dan Vi accompanies families and investors in strategizing the internationalization of their assets and education, building a sustainable foundation for future generations

He has over 20 years of management experience in the real estate and service sectors across Greece, Cyprus, the United States, and Sweden. Prior to joining Portico & Bridge, he served as Regional Director for East Asia for 15 years at one of Europe’s most prestigious real estate corporations.
He possesses deep expertise in residency and citizenship programs in Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean— especially in Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, and Spain.

Immigration Lawyer
He is a corporate lawyer and licensed Malta investment-migration specialist with more than fifteen years of professional experience. Since 2016, he has focused extensively on immigration, residency, and investment-migration services, preparing and submitting numerous successful applications under Malta’s Citizenship by Merit framework and the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP).
He works closely with several international immigration consultancies, particularly in Nigeria, West Africa, China, and the USA, acting as their Malta-based partner for immigration filings, proposal drafting, due diligence coordination, and regulatory submissions. Through LRS Global Limited, he supports foreign agencies and their clients by providing complete end-to-end guidance, including file assembly, SoW/SoF structuring, property compliance, government liaison, and ongoing strategy.
His regulatory experience includes directorship roles, MLRO responsibilities, and trustee authorisations, giving him a technically strong foundation in AML/CFT, corporate governance, due diligence frameworks, and Fit & Proper standards. This enhances the integrity and professionalism of the immigration applications he prepares.
