Montenegro Investment Immigration Program

To qualify for the Investment Program for the Nationality of Montenegro, the main applicant must be over 18 years old. Meet the eligibility requirements for application and contribution to the Government of Montenegro. There are two alternative pathways to program eligibility:

– 450,000 EUR investment in real estate projects in the capital of Podgorica or in the coastal regions.

– 250,000 EUR investment in real estate projects in northern or central Montenegro, excluding Podgorica.

In addition, there is a government fee of 100,000 EUR per application. This contribution will go to a special fund for the development of underdeveloped areas.

The Montenegrin Investment Immigration Program is part of the government’s development strategy to attract FDI to support public projects and develop the domestic tourism industry.
