OVERVIEW

Company requirements and business experience in Vietnam
Must be a business owner and hold at least 30% of shares/contributing capital in the company for 2 years;
Prove that the company in Vietnam has a turnover of at least AUD 750,000/year for any 2 years in the last 4 financial years;

Eligibility
EB-2 Ordinary: Requires a U.S. employer to sponsor and prove that no U.S. citizen is eligible to undertake the job. At the same time, applicants must have a master's degree or higher or a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of work experience in a related field.
EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver): Allows applicants to file on their own without an employer sponsor, if they can prove that their work is of significant benefit to the United States. This is especially suitable for professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, or individuals with outstanding achievements in the industry.
Note: Applicants must meet additional requirements such as no criminal record, criminal record, USCIS medical eligibility, and proof of financial ability to support themselves upon immigration.
