Score at least 65 points on the Australian Migration Scale
Be a business owner/capital-contribution shareholder involved in company management or a qualified Investment Manager
Net assets
Total net worth (individual & corporate) at least AUD 2,500,000
Satisfy one of the following two conditions:
(*) Company requirements and business experience in Vietnam
At least 3 years of experience managing one or more qualifying businesses/investments;
In the last 5 years from the time of application, the applicant must hold at least 10% of the shares and be directly involved in the management of the business.
(**) Investment Management in Vietnam
Provide documents related to investment transactions with a total value of at least AUD 2,500,000

» At least AUD 500,000 in Venture Capital and Growth Fund Private investment in startups and small private companies;
» At least AUD 750,000 in approved Managed Funds. Managed funds must invest in emerging companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange
» A “balanced” investment of at least AUD 1,250,000 in managed funds.
» The investment must be maintained for at least 5 years from the date of the State or Territory's letter of designation;
» At least AUD 500,000 in Venture Capital and Growth Fund Private investment in startups and small private companies;
» At least AUD 750,000 in approved Managed Funds. Managed funds must invest in emerging companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange
