Project Introduction
The EB-5 Project Group 90, developed by the CMB and Hillwood Regional Centers (Hillwood Development Group), is a Phase 1 construction project (including infrastructure, amenities, and 705 residential lots) out of a total of 2,500 homes in the planned residential community in Justin, Texas, known as Treeline. The project meets EB-5 program requirements, offering Vietnamese investors the opportunity to obtain a green card.
The project will raise up to USD 63,200,000 in EB-5 investment capital from a maximum of 79 investors to provide a loan to Hillwood.
