  • Applicants must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education (college, university) and get good grades.
  • Financial commitment minimum / minimum investment from investment funds:

o $200,000 from a Venture Capital Fund, or

o $75,000 from Angel Investors.

  • Receive a letter of sponsorship from a designated Canadian institution
