To be eligible for the Grenada Investment Immigration Program, the main applicant must be over the age of 18, meet the application requirements and make an eligible contribution to the Government of Grenada.

  • National Transformation Fund (NTF) Grant option: The minimum NTF non-refundable contribution is $150,000 for an applicant and $200,000 for a family of up to four members.
  • Real Estate Options: A minimum of $220,000 as an eligible co-owner to purchase real estate from a government real estate project.
